The vision is due to the high number of struggling women, school dropouts especially  girls and the challenging experience of disabled youth that calls for support. Madrine would therefore like to support these people following her late grandfather&#8217;s footsteps of voluntary work by establishing a community based skills empowerment center. The Center is named after her grandfather as a remembrance of his good voluntary works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul Lwanga Memorial Vocational Center is a non-governmental and non-profit community based skills empowerment center with an overall goal of empowering the less privileged and vulnerable category of people through technical skills for self support to alleviate poverty and improve their livelihoods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Centrum aims at equipping the vulnerable women, young girls and the disabled with technical vocational skills.
